Our cakes and other delightful desserts are made fresh from scratch, using only premium products and the finest, freshest natural ingredients. You will notice this in the refined taste and texture of every bite.
Our cake sponges, fillings and toppings are blended with just the right amount of each ingredient to produce a cake that is flavoursome and not overly sweet. Indulgent Cacao Barry or Callebaut Belgian chocolate, nut pralines, fruit curds and gelees are staple products in our Kitchen.
