Dark chocolate and pomegranate: A moist and aerated chocolate mud cake, with a deep cocoa flavour, soaked in pomegranate molasses syrup, filled with a tart pomegranate Belgian chocolate ganache and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
Sticky date pudding: A moist white chocolate mud cake, flavoured with Medjool dates, vanilla bean, filled with butterscotch ganache, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and salted caramel sauce.
Almond, citrus and raspberries: A light and moist almond sponge studded with fresh raspberries, flavoured with fresh lemons and oranges, vanilla bean, and soaked in lemon syrup, filled with white chocolate, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and tangy lemon curd
