Lemon Sensation*: A very light and soft chiffon sponge, flavoured with fresh lemons and vanilla bean, filled with tangy lemon curd, strawberries and Italian meringue buttercream.

Coconut Passion*: A soft and tender chiffon sponge, flavoured with fresh lemons, creamed coconut and vanilla bean, filled with passionfruit curd, mild coconut Italian meringue buttercream, white chocolate crumb & toasted coconut.

Matcha, White Chocolate, Lime & berries*: A soft and tender matcha chiffon sponge, flavoured with fresh lemon zest and vanilla bean,  filled with lime curd, raspberry gelée, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream & white chocolate crumb. 

Pistachio & Milk Chocolate: A moist and aerated Callebaut chocolate and pistachio mud cake, filled with 40% Belgian milk chocolate ganache, pistachio Italian meringue buttercream and white chocolate crumb.

Hazelnut, Dark chocolate  & Salted Caramel: A moist and aerated Callebaut dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut mud cake, filled with hazelnut- Belgian milk chocolate & wafer ganache,  hazelnut praline Italian meringue buttercream, salted caramel sauce, hazelnut pieces & crushed biscuit. 

Chocolate & Pomegranate: A moist and aerated Callebaut dark chocolate mud cake, with a deep cocoa flavour, filled with a tart pomegranate, vanilla & rose flower water 40% Belgian milk chocolate ganache and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. 

Almond, Citrus & Raspberries: A light and moist almond sponge studded with raspberries, flavoured with fresh lemons, oranges, vanilla bean and soaked in lemon or limoncello syrup, filled with white chocolate ganache, blackberry gelée, almond praline Italian meringue buttercream and tangy lemon curd.

White Chocolate & Raspberries: A moist belgian white chocolate & brown sugar mud cake studded with raspberries, flavoured with vanilla bean  & lemon zest, filled with a mildly sweet velvet white chocolate ganache & white chocolate crumb, raspberry gelée and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.

Note: *Suitable for single tiers and the top tier of a mutlitiered cake. This sponge is too delicate to hold internal support structures. Not suitable for novelty cakes.
