White chocolate and lemon: A moist lemon sponge, flavoured with fresh lemons, vanilla bean and soaked in lemon syrup, filled with tangy lemon curd, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and white chocolate.
Dark chocolate and pomegranate: A moist and aerated chocolate mud cake, with a deep cocoa flavour, soaked in pomegranate molasses syrup, filled with a tart pomegranate Belgian chocolate ganache and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
Sticky date pudding: A moist white chocolate mud cake, flavoured with Medjool dates, vanilla bean, filled with butterscotch ganache, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

Dark chocolate espresso: A moist and aerated chocolate mud cake, infused with dark roasted coffee beans, filled with a lightly spiced Italian meringue buttercream (optional salted caramel sauce)
Carrot and pecans: A soft carrot cake, made with fresh shredded carrots, macadamia nuts, pecan nuts and pineapple, spiced with cinnamon and three of our other favourite spices, filled with cheesecake Italian meringue buttercream and a touch of salted caramel sauce. A huge hit!
